As a slightly a little more developed medium roast, it's intentionally designed to present a powerful flavor, subtly underpinned by low acidic touches. The roasting process enhances the natural richness, revealing deep notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and molasses. Paired with milk or cream, it blends with milk effortlessly, offering a balanced, robust experience for the palate.
