This coffee can be described more like tea; it has a slightly higher body than let's say, regular black tea, but carries the characteristics of its aroma. It has aromatic notes of Earl Grey tea so on the nose and in the cup we get bergamot notes accompanied by peach notes and strong jasmine. This coffee has green melon and sweet vanilla flavors in the cup, and the acidity resembles lime strength.
We recommend you to offer this coffee as a light roast offering exclusively for the filter.
