Terra is our second light roast offering we introduced late 2023.
An ode to Earth. We crafted this coffee by blending two of the best offerings we have one brought to us by our good friend Crop to Cup, and the other one is from Cima Cafe from another good friend Andros.
Its created with 75% Organic Heirloom by Dimtu Shakiso and 25% Organic Honduras by Selin Recinos blended together to create this masterpiece. We roasted this to a light to medium level to preserve all the flavor and aroma.
By the nature, this coffee is light-bodied, a beautiful offering for Filter and not recommended for Espresso. Try it on Cold brew, you will love the sweetness or filter brew.
