This Organic coffee is what we describe as modern traditional. It has the acidity levels of what we would describe as modern specialty coffee but also delicate hints of nutty flavors with a medium body. Typically roasted light to medium to medium level, Solaris provides great notes of Chocolate and Caramel both on the nose and on the cup. Subtle notes of orange is what we expect from this coffee when roasted to a medium level.
With milky beverages the strength of the coffee is less prominent therefore its recommended as it is however, our Altai is a great option if you like to enjoy your coffee with some milk.
